We offer FREE Shipping for all orders.
Once you place your order please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and an additional 3 business days for your item(s) to be shipped out. We always perform quality assurance checks before shipment to make sure our customers receive the best. During high season, please allow for 1-5 business days for order processing.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via the email you provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking code that you can use to track your order here.
We ship orders internationally! All orders are processed and shipped out Monday to Friday excluding Holidays. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, expect it to ship out the next available working day.

Returns
For hygienic reasons, all orders of the Glide N Go™ Detangling Brush are FINAL SALE. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We do our best to ensure that you receive the best products, but sometimes things happen. You have 30 days after delivery to contact us regarding the following product issues. If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit or incorrect product in your order please email us immediately at glidengobrush@gmail.com. Please attach a photo or the damaged/incorrect item and a screenshot of your order confirmation/receipt. We will do our best to accommodate if such issue were to arise.
In order to be eligible for return the product MUST be unused and in it's original packaging. We do not issue refunds for items that have been used or damaged by user. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
